The block containers North are designed to accommodate diesel power plants, automation and auxiliary equipment and provides reliable operation of the diesel generator and automation, protection from external influences.

Vandal-proof containers North are an all-welded metal structure. The frame is made of a welded profile (channel or square section pipe). The outer walls are made of a metal sheet of a bent profile with a thickness of 1.5 mm. The internal walls and ceiling are made of corrugated corrugated sheet 0.5 mm thick with a polymer coating. The roof is gable, welded from a smooth sheet with a thickness of 2 mm. The metal floor is made of corrugated sheet with a thickness of 4 mm. The walls, floor and ceiling are laid with mineral non-combustible insulation with a thickness of at least 100 mm. In the outer walls there are ventilation openings for the installation of air louver valves with manual or automatic opening mechanism for ventilation of the room during the operation of the DSU. Metal vandal-proof protective grilles are installed on the outside of the air valves. A hole is provided in the wall panel for the output of the exhaust system of the DSU. Openings for the output of the power cable and a hole for the neck of the fuel tank can also be provided in the walls of the container.

• All-metal containers. Technical description.

Containers North are a prefabricated structure. The welded frame is made of a steel profile (at the base is a square–section pipe). The exterior and interior walls are sheathed with 0.5 mm thick C8 profiled sheet with a polymer coating. Mineral non-combustible insulation is laid between the walls with a layer of 50 to 150 mm. The metal floor and ceiling made of profiled sheet are also insulated with mineral insulation. The floor is covered with a 4 mm thick corrugated steel sheet. The outer surface of the roof is steel, gable, all-welded from a sheet 1.5 mm thick. In the outer walls there are ventilation openings for the installation of air louver valves with manual or automatic opening mechanism for ventilation of the room during the operation of the DSU. A hole is provided in the wall panel for the output of the exhaust system of the DSU.
